If you hate it so much you could always leave. This contract was the most we could get, unfortunately it is true we did not make much in the way of profits and raises are generally taken from profits. Our options were to drag this out another couple years in mediation hoping Miami Air survives or take this.
Like you said you can make more a lot of other places and if that's what you want you should take your own advice. We will never make that kind of money here unless we expand.
By the way, not all of the improvements are listed on our profile. Our work rules improved tremendously with this new CBA and I am glad it passed.
