I have kept in touch with many of my class mates and I know of 3 that made it. They all had prior CRJ time.
I also heard from 8 that busted out of simulator training.
Some were coming from the CFI world but others had very recent 135 or 121 time.
If you do make it, PSA had some good (for a regional) work/schedule rules. The hiring bonus, yearly retention bonus and the flow are great as well.
Just be aware that, and the folks in my class spent many an hour in the lobby/conference room of the Best Western, yet still many of them got busted out of training!
Like I said before, best of luck to everyone with whichever carrier you choose.
30% is crazy high, and not close to true. The instructors in DAY are not sim instructors, in fact a good portion of them have never touched an acft at PSA.
