Sorry to continue the diversion....

I'm on the L-Xjet side and had been looking at Spirit because they're a "step up" (I thought) and I live near a base. I'm on $37 at Xjet and with the hours I fly am on track to make way more than 20s or 30s for first 12 months even with the $300/week training pay. How few hours were you getting at Spirit? Every month I've was on reserve I broke guarantee, sometimes more than 100 hours, and now that I have a relief line I consistently aim to do 100 at least.

Edit: are you including per diem?
