My last post this subject. If I offended anyone in my previous posts I sincerely apologize that was certainly not my intent.

My point is in reference to this particular new hire class, (not others in the past where one or two washed out) five out of six people washed out and that's indicative of a problem either in their hiring and or training program or both.

Since I was fairly hands-on the entire time my friend was in the training pipeline at each stage of the training process. I can tell you he worked his tail off and had an outstanding attitude and in
my humble opinion was making tremendous progress and very close to passing his checkride. I can't speak for any of the other students so it's possible he got lumped in with a group of weak classmates and Air Wisconsin decided just to cut their losses by letting the remaining five people go.

Anyways, best of luck to the Air Wisconsin pilots, I know you guys of have been through a lot.
