I'm sorry that NK wasn't what you thought it would be, I hope that it gets better. However, being at NK is much better than being at ASA/XJT simply due to the fact that your airline has a future that it can control. ASA will likely cease to exist in 3 years (or less), same probably goes for L-XJT. At this point one can argue that going any airline, including another regional that is growing, is a better move than holding out hope at XJT.
Also, should your contract improve and/or a merger with F9 occur (which odds of both occurring in the next 2-5 years are better than not) and that new airline becomes the largest ULCC in the US with a contract to match, I'm sure your outlook will improve. You're in a good spot that many a XJT pilot would kill for.
