It's almost impossible to compete for the next 10 years with the "real airlines" and at some point their retirements will end and ours will start, but that is far far away. I think we still have much more room for growth and with a great CBA jetblue will not be a bad place to stay. We are financially sound paying down the debt and have a CEO that seems to want to grow so I am optimistic about our future.

The good thing is we as pilots can pick where we want to go today and that's a good thing. It is also up to JetBlue to attract and retain.
We say similar things- it seems that you have a problem with tone.
Ill type this slowly-
Im not miserable, but I deserve the best contract out there- what impression has B6 given you that they will ever offer an industry leading contract?
I know the NC and MEC are doing all they can and I believe we'll see a TA within 12 months.
I hope they do offer leading pay/rules/benefits and btw,at 45, even I would consider staying.
Is this at all unclear PP?
