So interestingly enough now we've been told that no longer can we expect to be paid as CA's at completion of training. We may also have to do both F.O. and CA I.O.E. and sit as F.O.'s for a few months at F.O. pay - even though we were assured in the interview and indoc that we were all CA's and would be paid as such. Higher-ups say flow-through language may change to allow for movement as early as next June. I have no idea why. Call my skeptical, but I guess I didn't drink enough kool-aid.

Unbelievable that someone can look you in the eye and say you are going to be paid as a Captain and once they hook you in the system tell you ooops!
Compass might want to think about taking care of employees first before staring an airine. Don't know how they will provide good service treating people like that!
When will the airlines figure out that the number one customer is their employees!
