Agreed 100%. The pilot group should be kept in the loop. I have asked the MEC OFFICERS including Sam Pool repeatedly to let the pilots know what Management wants in terms of these recent negotiations.
Keep in mind that these new negotiations just started about a month ago, so they are relatively new discussions. Prior to that, the Company said they were content with the status quo.
I think we are all curious as to what the negotiations entail. I do understand that we don't want to negotiate against ourselves online though, but we should know so we can engage the union and have a voice in the matter.
