I've been flying semi-privately for the last 10 years, mostly single engine cessna's (more than I am proud of). I've slowly reached the ATP minimums and thought of switching careers.
I've done the research and Endeavor is my top choice at the moment followed by Skywest.
Will I be frowned upon for the amount of single engine time and how long it's taken me and not opting for CFI?

You will get hired. You just have to believe in yourself. The regionals do not care if you have have a lot of single engine time. If you meet the minimums, you are qualified. Some airlines are offering a cadet program. Research each company and if you have any questions, contact the airline directly. They will answer any questions you may have.
