All what is described above works but doesn't actually allow me to select a flight , saying I am not qualified.

MyIDTravelListing [hidden near the bottom and this is the bookmark to link] ==> Commuter Travel
Note this is airline specific so certain airlines (JetBlue) allow you to list for the jumpseat using MyIDTravel while others (Delta) do not.
