Attrition was planned at 6 per month. I believe we're close to that. Some people will leave for bigger jets or pay, but I don't see an exodus.

The company doesn't have the ability per the CBA to modify just first year pay, they'll have to modify them all or we will never vote for it. The rumor is that we'll be getting the raise so we can be competitive At the job fairs. Once Spirit gets the rates they want we'll be back feeding on the bottom.
I don't make this stuff up, just spread it around if I've heard it more than once.
