Attrition was planned at 6 per month. I believe we're close to that. Some people will leave for bigger jets or pay, but I don't see an exodus.
Reference the new horizon TA scenario. Horizon tried to pay new hire FOs a bonus to attract and keep them. But they were in violation of the contract that pertains to pay. Horizon, nor can G4 offer more pay to new hires without an LOA from our union. Offering pay for one select group violates the contract. Or they can try and do what Horizon did before their TA now, and offer a no strings attached one time lump sum of money before officially becoming an employee.

Didn’t work out so good. Hence the TA at Horizon. There wouldn’t be a bonus offered to new hire FOs without our approval. And we wouldn’t allow that without a bumP for everyone.
