Terrible training pay that STAYS ACTIVE UNTIL YOU FINISH IOE, no health benefits for 90days, no going home during training, $37 per hour at 72hr per month first year pay (unless you choke down gravy and stab your fellow pilots in the back), a training department that is self destructing, looming merger with Frontier, no upgrade in sight, volitile relationship with management, slowing growth, no future orders, no short term disability, terrible long term dissabailtiy, terrible sick time accrual, no profit sharing, 401k that's a joke, and our leaders are Fornaro (worst CEO of 2010) and Bendo (the harbinger of death).

Oh and if you're lucky, jyri will come to your interview to tell you personally that you'll NEVER make United or Delta pay.

Seriously, stay where you are and wait for a good airline to call.
