We will get our Capt pay in about six months to a year after an arbitrator awards it to us. I hate to say it but this management is just like I expected. They will gladly screw us out of what is rightfully ours just to save a few pennies on the balance sheet and look good to upper level management. It's all about spreadsheet management. Moral or anything they can't see on a spreadsheet never even enters their mind. It's just the reality of the situation. Good thing we have a union is all I can say. Unions are not perfect but they sure are neccessary!!
