If Pro standards and the union won't protect us from him and he's friends with management, there are other routes to take to ensure a safe cockpit from those with a documented record of wreckless mentally unstable behavior. PM if you have genuine concerns about interactions with this individual or if you think he is a threat to CRM and the safety of the flying public.
