These cheap fools didnt want to get brake fans, the spent their money on videos staring Johno and throwing parties for ukulele playing fools. So because of that, if they are at 300 degrees, so be it. Ill wait it out in the pad and get paid in the process. Oh, thats right....the company snagged our block of better per leg, so now I need to fly slow on the next leg to not lose any money.

And in the end, the passenger gets the punishment of the longer flight and maybe a misconnect because of waiting on brakes to cool down.

Suck for them, but like I have said before, this is the game Management wants. Anyone still enabling them by calling for paperwork, picking up trips, Standing Avail list, letting the plane roll to 40 kts before applying brakes, is just enabling this company and their actions.

Retaining customers should be the furthest thing from this pilot group's mind right now. This is not our problem. Once we have a respectful contract I will go back to caring about the product.
I agree with you 99% but in regards to the passengers they are still a top priority for me. Once a new contract is reached the pilot group will need the customers to be buying tickets to pay salaries.
