You know as well as I do that a few cancellations here and there won't do anything. It won't be until they are way behind the 8 ball with systemic cancellations due to lack of qualified applicants to fill the right seat for $38/hr that they will come to the table with a real offer.
It's much more than a "few cancellations here and there" that would happen if we were unified. These things have a compounding affect as planes and crews find themselves out of position.
Plain and simple the guys who rush to help the company to make extra money are being purely selfish and short sighted. They are not in solidarity with the majority of us who are doing "whatever it takes" to get a deal done.
Record performance is NOT helping us but is hurting us at the negotiations table as the BOD sees no reason to change anything given everything is working well
