Not realistic, and therefore not productive. We are after the jobs. Can't pick the people. Facts is facts.
Also, many flight supervisors had no choice when employed. "Management" or no job. Not talking IPA who left. Big distinction.

Again, it is the job description, not the names. Class and craft have everything to do with this, so doesn't matter what company does, if they fly and in class and craft, representation would belong to the IPA.
