The way the contract reads is that for the Protected Pilot group, 50% of AA new hire classes will be made up of Envoy pilots. BUT...envoy can limit that number to 25 per month. So technically, if AA hired 120 pilots in a month, then theoretically Envoy could send 60 pilots (50%) that month. But Envoy will not send more pilots than they have to (25/month). After the PP group, you get the DOS group (those hired between 10/2011 and 12/2014) and the number drops down to 35% of new hire classes at AA but Envoy only has to send 15/month. For everyone hired after 12/2014, the number drops down to 25% of AA classes. Bottom line, don't expect more that 25 pilots to flow per month for the PP group, then no more than 15/month beyond that. The ALPA interactive seniority list that calculates flow time for everyone uses these flow numbers in figuring out the estimated flow time to AA.
envoy can really send 25/monthly or less or nothing. This flow agreement isn't guaranteed like the 824 group.
