It is sad really that pilots are getting web board shamed for high credit hours. You don't know thier situation and you don't have a right to know. It is sad that you think not picking up JAs will make the company come begging for a deal. (It won't). The theory make sense but in practicality doesn't work. .
It is working to an extent and it would work better if people like you didn't pick up and save the company. Hope this places melts down this summer, I'll enjoy those days off when they can't find pilots or crews.
