I hope you are right. The training delays are starting to go away. If the bids don't keep getting rescinded maybe morale will start turning for the better. The latest bid closes today, so we will see. Recruitment and retention still needs some work. Several key management positions filled lately, hopefully some fresh faces will bring positive changes.
