After reading Urinal's email about security policies and our responsibilities, then reading the financial news that just came out today about Spirit's earnings, I am just dumbfounded that any pilot would help this company out at all. I'm an older guy that has health concerns like most older guys have and watching several of our pilots go down with a medical and getting no help from the company seriously concerns me. Long-term disability may not mean that much to you younger guys right now but I could potentially lose my home and the ability to take care of my family if something were to happen to me for an extended period of time. It's just infuriates me to think of Bendo and the company dragging their feet and denying us all the long-term security that we all deserve. For all of you out there helping the company in any way, you are doing the entire pilot group a serious disservice.
