If you were there 26 years ago....it was a very different company.
I was there to the end. Del DID NOT PAY US ON TIME. It happened over and over and over! There were several times the mortgage payment and other payments were very late. Del did not give a FOOK! If he did, he would have sold his magnificent palace and paid us on time. BUT AGAIN HE DID NOT GIVE A FOOK!
He had his and did not give a shiite about the employees. How would you like to be paid over 30 days late. How would you like to be stranded on the other side of the world with a company credit card that doesn't work. it happened many, many times. (But it was necessary so Del could continue flying his personal G4)
There were times many of us had to buy our own tickets home or pay for our own hotels on the road, and then wait weeks and weeks for reimbursement.
Del screwed us out of money that was supposed to be paid into our 401Ks. But he had his tens (or hundreds) of millions and his family was/is living the life of the ultra rich.
So yeah I hate the SOB and hope he rots in hell for eternity.
