Is there a max TT limit? Like a "you can't have any prior 121 time" requirement? In theory a regional pilot could apply to this and flight instruct for 18 months and go to UA instead of upgrading and getting the 1k TPIC or whatever threshold that would otherwise warrant an interview...?
