It would be foolish not to accept the company's proposal. The majority of the high credit average comes from OE buyouts. This is not a FO vs CA issue, it is a junior vs senior in position issue. If I could bid for 17 days off a month, and all trips with LCA for 120+ credit a month, I would. A reserve pilot who commutes, only gets 11 days off, with 82 credit a month.
Ok see your point. I'd also take company proposal as long as "salary" is included into 401,sick,vac,disability.life insurance.. they could also have 2 payscales: below 75 hr and above 75.
