What I mean is that these programs are used to make new pilots come to ****ty companies that they normally would not think about due to the false promise of a UAL job and rewards guys who would never get an interview if their life depended on it because they've been at [insert failing carrier] longest. I am all for seniority and no I do not want to be a chief pilot, but these policies only benefit UAL's bottom line, not regional pilots, not the instructors who work wherever this ATCA place is and definitely not the fresh FO's looking for their first job.


Go on the DAL forums and ask them about some of the Pinnacle fellas who got the NO INTERVIEW jobs handed to them.
