Some scary people interview quit well. Since you and I came from the same airline I'm sure we are equally shocked about some of the people who have been hired at UA, DL and AA.
Truer words have never been spoken my friend! Don't leave out FDX, UPS and SWA. They have also contributed to the shock and awe campaign of hiring some real gems.
