^^^^ This! MoP, I have a few friends at said CPP carriers that are beyond horrified with some of the successful candidates that will be coming on property soon. Some of the stories of poor airmanship and no situational awareness is upsetting to alarming to say the least.

Well, there is an HR rep in the interview as well. Sometimes a 20 something year old girl that came from Frontier, Skywest, etc....
