I feel like this is the best idea yet. As someone who just joined this board, we need to get more guys and gals 'integrated' and up to speed.

For example, myself. As a commuter with an 18 month old at home I've been habitually running to and from the plane. I dont live in base so without effort of my own there is no comradery or sense of purpose.

We need to focus on further polarizing the pilot group and getting people 'off the couch' and into the game
