NJA is actively replacing the fleet and modernizing its product offerings. 2017 will be a huge year for this as 19 aircraft types are rationalized into 7. This fleet simplification will strengthen an already impressive financial performance.
This process will continue through 2020 mostly with remaining misc aircraft types leaving around the 2023 time frame.
Staffing requirements will likely be flat until the decision is made to add new frames as the company turns the corner in this massive update effort.
It's a tremendous process to watch for those that appreciate the effort.
