As someone who's been at PSI for almost 4 years I get what the poison is and where it's coming from, however it's source is misunderstood, and it's also not everyone's experience. PSI is doing fine and will continue doing fine. Its also not our first experience with high attrition.
What it comes down to is QOL, and if you don't mind working (lots of us don't, and not surprisingly, we also don't b1tch on the internet about it) you'll do just fine here. the summer pace sucks, and so does the ever changing schedule (FWIW, blaming the schedulers over this is incredibly short-sighted and shows you don't understand how on-demand operations work) among other things.
What makes up for it is an awesome plane, incredible stick and rudder flying (if you want) and perks. Not only that, but knowing the CEO on a first name basis isn't impossible and he appreciates the opportunity to do so.
And yet there will always be something to complain about.
