You really believe the reason for the prolonged negotiations is because of some dumbass concern over pilot boards? The company stalled for three days prior to putting anything across the table and it was because the company was afraid they would **** us off with their proposal........hence no proposal!
These guys are used to dealing with 25 year old snowflakes or a pilot group without a voice. It can and will get bad if needed.
On a brighter note: I hear that the ATI negotiations have stalled as well, looks like the ATSG fix is in.
