Also- many bid reserve for potentially more time off. They want to be on reserve. Numbers based on total headcount of 1940. Changing the headcount to 1900 has little effect on the percentage.

How about we just look at how many lines there are vs reserve pilots.
It really is the only fair way to look at the numbers.
So across the board we have 922 pilots awarded hard/relief lines. Since you missed ORD 145 I'll add in the 60 plus 278(I'll take your word on this one)= 338.
With these numbers we have 1250ish pilots actively flying right now. Total pilots on the seniority list is +1900.
Right now we have so many senior/NH pilots coming into training that these number are always changing.
