Exactly!!!

That's honestly my biggest hangup right now. I can survive 1st year pay and the other negatives because those things can (and I believe will) improve over time as CBAs are negotiated and fought for. However, I have a hard time accepting that JB is willing to burn down my current job (that is really good and I don't want to lose) with PRIA before offering me a job (or even a CJO). The others don't do that, and that's a huge, unnecessary risk IMO.
