Calling all captains to step up and help support the first year pilots trying to hold the line at $38.50 per hour. If you are flying with a first year you know is only flying his or her line and not answering the calls from crew scheduling (they get the majority) then buy them coffee, beer, dinner...etc. 1st and even 2nd year guys are not thinking about that next toy when scheduling calls they are thinking about mortgage and credit card payments.
