I agree with this comment, but primarily for upgrade. New hires should weigh their desired QOL, prior experience, study habits, etc when choosing an aircraft. It's too early to be worrying about mainline flying when your trying to build turbine hour #1.
And all this assumes that the E75 passes the QOL test. If from NY and LGA based you'd be crazy to bid the E75.
The transition from E175 to E145 is easier than from E145 to E175.
I get a kick out of it when I fly with old tarts that are new to the E175 after 15 yrs on the E145.
