JB is not hurting getting applicants... yet. They are still getting some very qualified guys, the questions is, how many will stick around past year 1? A lot of the new hires are guys escaping the crappy and dying regionals, and JB is that escape, but I can tell you a good majority don't plan on making JB a career.
