I interviewed a few weeks ago, nothing different from what was posted a few weeks back. The new hire bonuses were approved that day, with $10k for Q400 and $5k for E175, and another $5k at the end of the first year. The initial would be paid after the successful completion of training, eliminating the walk in/out $10k people. Upgrade times weren't really mentioned, but I was told that I could get the Q400 and a line in SEA in about a month. We had eight people interview, varied backgrounds and experience levels. Some had ATPs, some were helicopter guys changing careers. I don't think everyone got an offer, a few left the room around 10:30 and we didn't see them again, but no way to know for sure. ATP-CTP is paid for by Horizon at various locations.
