The chief pilot in mco at recurrent said the app pool is shrinking rapidly. About 1200 competitive applicants but he doesn't see us getting more than 500 in the next year the way it's going. He also knows all those apps are also out at every legacy as well. Didn't paint a pretty picture. He knows we need a good contract to attract pilots.
