I am not very familiar with Compass Airlines but I got to fly on them for the very first time (commercial’ed by my company) and I was pretty impressed with the service; very helpful and funny flight attendants and also friendly cockpit crew (2 captains - IOE?). What surprised me the most was the seat and how far back it reclined (I was in 3A). I might have imagined it but it felt as if it reclined much further back than what you'd normally expect; those seats were also pretty comfy. Anyways, thanks for a great service...
Btw. I also noticed that the "middle row" didn't have the air vents and the light switches right above the seat but rather above the neighbor’s to the right seat (upfront there is one row on the left side of the aircraft and 2 rows on the right side of the aircraft, coach has 2 & 2).
It looked like the passenger in the right seat kept getting his neighbors arms shoved in front of his/her face each time the light switch came on/off or the air vent needed to be adjusted. No big deal, just something I noticed...
