I'm on the bump list. How important is the PERCENT category on the displacement form on CCS. The reason why I ask is because if I check the PERCENT on the equipment I want to displace to, its 50% but I know after everybody bumps ahead of me, I will probably be 55 or 60%. That's a tough one KD. It is your percentage based on the number of total peeps in the BES at the time of the award (existing plus bumped in). So I would be liberal with your percentage bid. You don't have to put anything in the percentage column if you will accept any percentage. 80% will likely keep you off RSV. Just my 2 cents.
