The ONLY reason that airlines accept SE TPIC is because they want to make sure they can hire F-16 pilots (the AF has a whole lotta F-16's).

A Caravan is not accorded the same level of consideration as an F-16. Unless your friend knows somebody, she probably needs some 121 TPIC. RJ would probably be better than turboprop.
