It is impossible to pick up SC's on all your work days for various reasons. Never seen a person get above 8 total (6 extra hours pay) and the average is usually 3-4. DCA 756 that is. YMMV.
In practicality when you count in per diem, aggressive SC pickup pays about the same as a standard line.
So you hang out at home for the same pay as dragging a bag around all month. That's all I was alluding to.
