Rumor has it that we will be metered to 25/month no matter how many people we hire. The protected pilot agreement is based on a ratio of 50% of an AA new-hire class with the ability to meter down to 25/month if staffing doesn't support sending more. It appears management is viewing the 25/month as a maximum and disregarding the portion that says 50%.
That being said all my flow projections for myself have been based off of 25/month, so I couldn't care less if we hire a lot or not.
