Growth is purposely stalled until after the transition is completed. We had a town hall meeting yesterday. Growth will resume including new bases after 2018, although 1 to 2 new bases can be expected in 2018. But I don't believe for a minute that at least some minimal growth will continue to occur between now and then. The company is an opportunistic buyer of Airbus aircraft as they become available.

After the transition, the company is on record as saying they believe there are opportunities for growth in the Caribbean, Mexico, and Latin America. Additionally, after the transition, we can expect to see some longer legs producing overnight stays as well as red-eye flights.

The immediately goal is to be a 900 pilot company by the completion of the transition in late 2018 or early 2019 if I heard it correctly.
