Your argument about refusing flights and getting fired would be the same as saying, I need a job to feed my family so I have to cross the picket line.

I am not trying to pick a fight, I am trying to get you onside. This is an attempt to skirt around fixing the problems that exist at CX.

So yes, refuse to fly CX freight while they are in industrial action.
Atlas pilots can refuse to cross a legitimate picket line and have job protection. Refusing to fly a flight of an airline that is not on strike could result in being fired.

Are you suggesting that we get fired in order for you to get a better contract?

Atlas pilots are fired up and will do whatever we can to help fellow pilots up but not including getting fired. If you've got any suggestions, we're listening...
