A couple of years ago everyone scoffed when the Charlie Bucket 2.5/6 was introduced. Turns out it actually is better than projected. By the end of the year, maybe 1.5/5. Things are only looking up at Envoy. I'm guessing you guys on the fence about coming here a couple of years ago are kicking yourselves now. You could be a Captain now with less than 3 years to your seat at AA.
Can you explain how you expect the time to AA to decrease when the flow numbers will only decrease the rest of the year? It sounds like we're not even going to hit the meter some months.
