Do what you want on your days off but coming on a public forum and advocating a concerted effort really will be used against the group in court... And by extension, mediation. If the pilot group are really enjoying time off instead of picking up open trips that are worth less and less in today's dollars, that's the free market forces at work. If people really are trying to tell others not to pick up (or shaming those who do)... That is a job action. Tread very carefully. This forum is the first place company lawyers will go for evidence in an injunction.
I am no lawyer ( but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express Lastnight
), but I would argue that this forum doesn't make you authenticate you identity when you sign up. So how do we know that these post are not from management talking about job action to make a stronger case. I would then ask this be thrown out as evidence.
