This is the first email from the MEC that has actively ticked me off.
It's plain to see that this is the company's own fault. An excess of open time can only mean poor planning and insufficient staffing, barring extreme cases of course. (weather, etc.)
I expected the MEC to aggressively counter the company and argue using the logic above. Not to tell me in so many words that I need to work on my days off.
I would hope that nothing said on this forum can be used "in court." It is, after all, only an internet forum. Any lawyer should be able to argue that everything said on here is nothing more than "keyboard warriors."
Now, that Jackdonkey that started the chokers website... if it wasn't someone in management looking to make us look bad (and I wouldn't put it past them,) *that's* the sort of stuff that's going to get us in trouble.
But again, for everyone on here who says they enjoy time with their family (myself included) there's reports of open time being picked up by the so-called "chokers."
So tell me, is there really less open time being picked up? Or is there too much open time caused by poor management?
