The biggest weird thing is tons of people will sit out of the bid to see where things go then bid in on subsequent bids. I would be very surprise to see it go junior to 5000 though.
I agree although this time it will be a long wait for a subsequent bid on most categories. If you want to go anywhere in the next year, this is likely your only chance except for the C-series and maybe a few positions here or there.
